Performing the final technical inspection after an order has been processed
Receiving and returning customer vehicles
Preparation of work reports and documentation
Work as workshop and service manager
Realization of vehicle planning, incl. appointments
Process optimization in order processing and coordination of workshop capacity utilization
Monitoring of service quality standards in customer service
Responsibility for the execution and fulfillment of repair orders in compliance with current guidelines and specifications
Warehouse logistics activities
Receiving, inspecting and storing goods
Warehouse management and inventory control
Organizing procurement of spare parts and operating materials
Workshop administration duties
Administrative handling of warranty/maintenance and courtesy work
Maintaining and managing customer and vehicle files
Preparation and creation of external service orders
