3. Information on the collection and processing of personal data
You can visit our website without registration or logging in. However, if you want to use our Alltrucks job portal comprehensively and actively use the advantages from the job portal, you need to become a contracting partner of Alltrucks via a free registration process (the login) and set up a user account. You can then use this user account to sign up (register) for using the job portal. We will only process personal data to the extent that this is stipulated in the following provisions.
No matter if you are a registered user of our job portal or only use our job portal for information without registration, your personal data will generally only be processed by us to the extent that there is a lawful basis to do so or you have consented to it. As a rule, the provision of personal data or the granting of consent is done freely. There will not be any negative effects for you in principle if you do not give your consent or provide any personal data to us.
“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This in particular includes the name, address, email address, gender, date of birth, phone number, age and bank information.
Please note that we will process your personal data mostly in order to enable us to meet our contractual obligations vis-à-vis you as a registered user of the job portal. Processing of your data is required, for example, in order to show you matching contacts in our Alltrucks job portal and to draw the attention of applicants or employers to your profile.
As far as we collect personal data based on your consent, this consent may be withdrawn at any time vis-à-vis the controller (see item 1) or our data protection officer (see item 2) without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
The following data collections and data processing activities will take place on our website:
3.1. Processing of personal data before setting up a user account and/or successful login
3.1.1. Standardised visitor log when calling up the website (server log)
When you call our websites, the web server will collect and store information in a standardised manner. The automatically collected information listed below is collected and processed to ensure operability and security of our website, independently of the existence of a contractual relationship between you and Alltrucks.
This automatically collected information involves the
- Domain name or IP address
- Date and time of the server query
- File names and URL/address that you have accessed
- Access status /http status code
- Referrer URL (the website visited by you before)
- Browser
- Operating system and its interface, as well as
- Language and version of the browser software.
The legal basis for collection of the IP address as personal data is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. It must be recorded in order to ensure the security and stability of our online offer, e.g. in case of hacker attacks.
This information is stored separately from your other data that you may have transmitted to us, in particular for answering your requests and in the scope of an existing contractual relationship. The data listed above will not be combined with such further data. Conclusions to your individual behaviour on our website are not possible for us.
3.1.2. Email queries
Independently of the existence of a contractual relationship, we record and store information and personal data that you transmit to us by email for the purpose of contact or in the scope of a query (e.g. email address, name, etc.). In order to enable us to react to such queries at all and to process them according to your wishes and the purpose of your query, we need to make use of the personal data provided with the respective query – and therefore collect and process them.
The legal basis for processing of your personal data that are transmitted to us in the scope of a query and used for answering and processing your query is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.
3.1.3. Location data
In the scope of use of our website, you may permit us to collect your location data for individual sessions (geolocalisation). If your end device is equipped with a localisation function, this function can be used. The function will only be used to record your location and to adjust the vacancies (JOBS MAPS) proposed to you on our portal. Based on your location data, we will suggest certain job offers in proximity to you (based on your location) via the respective relevant MAPS function. Please note that the location data collected via the geolocalisation will only be used for alignment of the vacancies or applicants proposed to you on our website, and that they will only be displayed in the respective map that you can call up for this purpose (cf. in this respect item 4. on the map service used).
The location data processed by us in the scope of individual sessions via the geolocalisation will be stored by us for the duration of your respective session. Before you can activate the localisation function, a safety prompt will collect your consent to collection of your location data in accordance with Article 6(1) lit. a) GDPR. Use of your location data for finding nearby vacancies then takes place based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR.
Of course, you may withdraw your consent to location data recording at any time vis-à-vis the bodies designated in items 1 and 2. You may also turn off the localisation service via the settings in your end device. The above bodies can also provide more detailed advice on this.
3.2. Processing of personal data in the scope of setting up a user account and/or after successful login
3.2.1. Processing of personal data after contacting by email
We record and store information and personal data that you transmit to us for the purpose of contact or in the scope of a query (e.g. email address, name, etc.). In order to enable us to react to such queries at all and to process them according to your wishes and the purpose of your query, we need to make use of the personal data provided with the respective query – and therefore collect and process them.
The legal basis for processing of your personal data that are transmitted to us in the scope of a query and used for answering and processing your query is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.
3.2.2. User account, user registration (login), user profile and network profile
In order to be able to use our Alltrucks job portal in full both as an applicant and as an employer, you need to be registered as a user on our Alltrucks job portal and set up a user account for this.
a) User account
Processing of personal data may be necessary to set up a user account for you. You can either set up your user account as an applicant or as an employer.
For applicants:
To create a user account for an applicant, you need to enter your email address and a user name to be chosen by you in the input field for applicants provided on our website. You will then receive a confirmation email in which we will forward you to our website with a one-time link, where you can then specify your future password. The user name and your final password will be your login data for your user account and thus also for the job portal in future.
For employers:
In order to create a user account for an employer, you need to already have a contractual relationship with us as an Alltrucks partner workshop and have access to our Alltrucks partner portal under www.alltrucks.com. You can then set up your user account for the Alltrucks job portal by entering your access credentials for the partner portal (email address and password) in the input field for employers provided on our website. The email address will then be kept as user name for the registration process in the job portal.
By setting up your user account, you accept the terms and conditions of use applicable for the job portal. The contractual relationship between you as user of the job portal and Alltrucks will be founded by setting up your user account. The legal basis for the above processing of your personal data in the scope of setting up your user account shall be Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.
b) User registration (login)
In order to access our job portal via your user account, you need to register as a user using your user name and password provided to you in the scope of setting up of your user account (login). During the login process, personal data will be processed in the form of your user name and password, which will make you specifically identifiable for us. The personal data collected in the scope of the login process will be verified via an automatic comparison to the contract database stored on our server, in order to enable you to access our job portal. If our server is able to identify you as an authorised user and contract partner, use of the job portal will be cleared for the session. The login process must be repeated every time you end a session via the logout button on the website in the section “My account”.
This registration process is required in order to ensure that only registered contractual partners can use the functions of our job portal. This is to ensure the security of our website and the data filed in your user account, and to prevent unauthorised access. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the login process shall be Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.
c) User profile
On our job portal, both applicants and employers can set up a user profile that contains all basic information mutually required for initiating an employment.
For applicants:
If you have set up your user account as an applicant, you may now use your user account to create your user profile that will be visible to employers within the portal within the context of an application process initiated by you. This user profile serves as the basis for all application processes performed by you through the job portal and contains all information relevant for your application and application documents provided by you. In order to sensibly display your applicant profile at all, we process your personal data – that is your name, first name, address, email address. This is mandatory information. In order to display the most meaningful applicant profile, you may also provide us with further, also personal data, such as the phone number, career data (e.g. school graduation, information on professional training, studies and professional experience, personal and technical competences), your profile photograph and more detailed information about you (e.g. nationality, age). Which data can be provided specifically by you is evident from the input screen intended for this in your user account. These data will then be processed in the scope of use of our job portal. The legal basis for processing of your personal data in the scope of setting up your user profile shall be Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.
For employers:
If you have set up your user account as an employer, you can now use this user account to create a user profile that will be visible to all other users. You can use this user profile to offer vacancies in your company on the job portal and to bring them to the attention of the applicants registered in the job portal. In order to sensibly display your profile as an employer at all, we process not only application-relevant information on your company but also personal data in the individual case (name, first name, address, your email address as a single merchant under the corresponding company name and/or a contact from your company). These are mandatory data, in particular concerning the information on a contact. In order to display the most meaningful employer's profile possible, you can also provide us with further (personal) data. Which data can be provided specifically by you is evident from the input screen intended for this in your user account. These data will then be processed in the scope of use of our job portal. The legal basis for processing of your personal data in the scope of setting up your user profile shall be Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.
d) Network profile
We have set up a network profile visible to other users on our job portal both for applicants and for employers. This network profile contains only few data from your user profile and serves quick identification of your person or your company.
For applicants:
If you are registered as an applicant on our Alltrucks job portal and have checked “Currently looking” in the input mask when creating your user profile, your network profile will be visible to registered and logged-on employers only, and integrated in the “TALENTS MAPS” filed for employers in our job portal as well according to your information in the user profile (on this, see item 3.2.3.). Through this network profile, registered employers can view only your contact details (email address and the place of residence/postal code indicated by you, and, if included in the email address, your name and/or first name) as filed in your user profile, and information on your availability, your employment expectations (full time/part time), your preferred employment type (permanent employment, temporary employment, internship) and your desired area of work via our website. If you have already applied for a vacancy offered by an employer, that employer can additionally view all other information from your user profile in your network profile.
We want to use the above data processing activities and disclosure to make you as an applicant known in our network and to draw the attention of as many employers as possible to you.
For employers:
If you are registered as an employer on our Alltrucks job portal, your network profile will be visible to applicants and to other employers and integrated into the “JOBS MAPS” provided for applicants on our job portal according to your information in your user profile as well (on this, see item 3.2.3.). Users of our job portal can view all data stored in your user profile, as well as information on the vacancies offered by you (e.g. type of work (full time/part time), type of employment (permanent contract, temporary contact, internship) and area of work) and the contact designated by you for the respective offered vacancies (name, first name, phone number) on our website via the network profile.
Please note that the vacancies offered by you, and thus also the data from your network profile, will also be visible to persons not registered and logged in via our JOBS MAPS.
The above data processing activities and disclosures are to make the vacancy offered by you known both within and outside of our network and bring the respective offered vacancy to the attention of as many potential applicants as possible.
Processing and disclosure of your data from your network profile will take place in order to meet our contractual duties. The legal basis for the processing and disclosure of personal data in this context is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.
3.2.3. Location data
In the scope of use of our website, you may permit us to collect your location data for individual sessions (geolocalisation). If your end device is equipped with a localisation function, this function can be used. The function is only used to record your site and to adjust the vacancies (JOBS MAPS) or applicants (TALENTS MAPS) proposed to you on our portal. Based on your location data, we will suggest certain job offers or applicants in your proximity to you (based on your location) via the respective relevant MAPS function. Please note that the location data collected via the geolocalisation will only be used for alignment of the vacancies or applicants proposed to you on our website, and that they will be displayed in the respective map that you can call up for this purpose (cf. item 4. on the map service used).
The location data processed by us in the scope of individual sessions via the geolocalisation will be stored by us for the duration of your respective session. Before you can activate the localisation function, a safety prompt will collect your consent to collection of your location data in accordance with Article 6(1) lit a) GDPR. Use of your location data for finding nearby vacancies or applicants will then take place based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR and for the purpose of performing the contract in accordance with Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.
Of course, you may withdraw your consent to location data recording at any time vis-à-vis the bodies designated in items 1 and 2. You may also turn off the localisation service via the settings in your end device. The above bodies can also provide more detailed advice on this.
3.2.4. Processing and disclosure of personal data in the application process
Within the context of application processes, we process personal data of applicants and employers through our website. Please note that our users are also free to contact each other separately from our website via the profile data visible in our job portal.
For applicants:
a) Your application
With the Alltrucks job portal, we enable you to apply to various vacancies from the areas of industrial vehicle technology, sales or services with the employers stored in the job portal. Your personal user profile is the basis for each of your applications.
If you want to apply for a specific vacancy on our job portal, and want to transmit your data contained in your user profile to an employer of your choice for the purpose of the application, you can start the application process by activating the button “Apply now” by mouse click in the corresponding job offer. With your click, we will clear your user profile data to be viewed completely by the respective addressee of your application for the application process. Apart from this, the respective addressee of your application may download the enclosures attached by you to your user profile (e.g. photograph, certificates) and process them for the application process. This passing on and disclosure of data performed for the respective application process is required in order to give your application the desired meaningfulness and to provide the respective addressee of your application with all application-relevant information from you quickly and in an uncomplicated manner. This way, we are able to permit quick and direct contact between you and the addressee of your application.
In this case, we will process the email address provided by you in order to inform you of the reaction specified by the employer upon your application in our job portal by the corresponding input field.
The legal basis for passing on your personal data from the user profile is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.
Please note that Alltrucks itself is only involved in your application-related communication up until the first reaction made by the employer via the job portal.
b) Application queries
With the Alltrucks job portal, we also enable employers from the areas of industrial vehicle technology, sales or services to contact suitable applicants directly through our job portal on their own in order to offer suitable vacancies or to draw attention to these.
Such queries can be addressed to you by employers via your network profile displayed in the TALENTS MAPS (cf. item 3.2.2.) by activating the button “Unsolicited contact with applicant” by mouse click, or you can be contacted using the information provided by you in your network profile. For this, the employer may in particular use the email address stored there.
If the employer contacts you using the button “Unsolicited contact with applicant”, we will process the email address provided by you in order to inform you via email about the contact.
The option of application queries is to ensure that employers can contact you specifically and also offer you vacancies that you did not yourself consider or that you have not found in this manner.
The legal basis for the above processing of personal data and application queries is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.
Please note that Alltrucks itself is only involved in such application queries for the first contact using the button “Unsolicited contact with applicant”.
For employers:
a) The application
With the Alltrucks job portal, we enable applicants to apply for various vacancies offered by you from the areas of industrial vehicle technology, sales or services. For this, applicants can view your user profile and your network profile displayed in the JOBS MAPS for the individual vacancies.
When applicants want to apply for a specific vacancy offered by you, they are able to submit an application to you by clicking the button “Apply now”. This way, the applicant will trigger the application process. You can then view the user profile entered by the respective applicant and you can download the enclosures attached by the applicant in the user profile (e.g. photograph, certificates). Furthermore, we process the email address provided by you for the respective vacancy in order to inform you about receipt of an application.
This way, we want to provide you with all application-relevant information quickly and simply and permit quick and direct contact between you and the applicant.
You are then able to react to the respective application via email dispatch provided by Alltrucks.
The legal basis for passing on of your personal data from the user profile is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.
Please note that Alltrucks is only integrated into your application-related communication in the application process until the time of your reaction to the application.
b) Application queries
With the Alltrucks job portal, we also enable you as an employer to contact suitable applicants directly through our job portal on your own in order to offer suitable vacancies or to draw attention to these. For this purpose, you can activate the button “Unsolicited contact with applicant” for an applicant selected by you.
The applicant will be directly informed of a vacancy offered by you then and can apply to you for that vacancy in this manner. This way, the respective applicant will be allowed to view your user and network profiles.
General note for applicants and employers
Please note that, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of use, all addressees of personal data and application documents are asked to treat the data brought to their attention strictly confidentially, subject to consent given specifically by the data subject to the addressee of the data, not to pass on such data to any third parties and to erase such data after the application process as far as it is not concluded successfully.

Google Analytics Remarketing
Our websites use the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in combination with the functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick, which work on all devices. The provider of these solutions is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
This function makes it possible to connect the advertising target groups generated with Google Analytics Remarketing with the functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick, which work on all devices. This makes it possible to display interest-based customized advertising messages, depending on your prior usage and browsing patterns on a device (e.g. cell phone) in a manner tailored to you as well as on any of your devices (e.g. tablet or PC).
If you have given us pertinent consent, Google will connect your web and app browser progressions with your Google account for this purpose. As a result, it is possible to display the same personalized advertising messages on every device you log into with your Google account.
To support this function, Google Analytics records Google authenticated IDs of users that are temporarily connected with our Google Analytics data to define and compile the target groups for the ads to be displayed on all devices.
You have the option to permanently object to remarketing / targeting across all devices by deactivating personalized advertising in your Google account. To do this, please follow this link:
https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.
The consolidation of the recorded data in your Google account shall occur exclusively based on your consent, which you may give to Google and also revoke there (Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. a GDPR). Data recording processes that are not consolidated in your Google account (for instance because you do not have a Google account or have objected to the consolidation of data), the recording of data is based on Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest arises from the fact that the operator of the website has a legitimate interest in the anonymized analysis of website visitor for advertising purposes.

In conjunction with Google AdWords, we use a tool called Conversion Tracking. If you click on an ad posted by Google, a cookie for Conversion Tracking purposes will be placed. Cookies are small text files the web browser places on the user’s computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we will be able to recognise that the user has clicked on an ad and has been linked to this page.
A different cookie is allocated to every Google AdWords customer. These cookies cannot be tracked via websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained with the assistance of the Conversion cookie is used to generate Conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted to use Conversion Tracking.
The users receive the total number of users that have clicked on their ads and have been linked to a page equipped with a Conversion Tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that would allow them to personally identify these users. If you do not want to participate in tracking, you have the option to object to this use by easily deactivating the Google Conversion Tracking cookie via your web browser under user settings. If you do this, you will not be included in the Conversion Tracking statistics.
The storage of “Conversion” cookies and the use of this tracking tool are based on Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR.
The website operator has a legitimate interest in the analysis of user patterns, in order to optimize the operator’s web offerings and advertising.

You can set up your browser in such a manner that you will be notified anytime cookies are placed and you can permit cookies only in certain cases or exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain instances or in general and you can also activate the automatic deletion of cookies upon closing of the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functions of this website may be limited.
Facebook Pixel
To measure our conversion rates, our website uses the visitor activity pixel of Facebook, Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”).
This tool allows the tracking of page visitors after they have been linked to the website of the provider after clicking on a Facebook ad. This makes it possible to analyse the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and to optimize future advertising campaigns.
For us as the operators of this website, the collected data is anonymous. We are not in a position to arrive at any conclusions as to the identity of users. However, Facebook archives the information and processes it, so that it is possible to make a connection to the respective user profile and Facebook is in a position to use the data for its own promotional purposes in compliance with the
Facebook Data Usage Policy. This enables Facebook to display ads on Facebook pages as well as in locations outside of Facebook. We as the operator of this website have no control over the use of such data.
The use of Facebook Pixel is based on Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR. The operator of the website has a legitimate interest in effective advertising campaigns, which also include social media.
